Jess Bonini is a mother, breathwork facilitator, and somatic guide who helps women move out of postpartum survival mode and into emotional steadiness. As the creator of The Steady Motherhood Method, she combines nervous system education, somatic practices, and real-life motherhood experience to support women navigating postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, and identity shifts after having a child. Jess is currently completing her Master of Social Work and is passionate about helping mothers rebuild self-trust, feel grounded in their bodies, and reconnect with the woman behind the mother.
